71 North is envisioned as a collaborative studio-like space bringing together the entire NIU campus in innovation activities, entrepreneurship and professional skills development focused on the DeKalb campus.

The 71 North Partnership Studio provides industry partners, students, faculty and community members the opportunity to explore collaborative innovation together. Located in the lower level of the Founders Memorial Library in the heart of campus, our stylish facility with a modern edge features open floor plans, breakout rooms and state-of-the-art technologies.

Studio Space Rental

Our partners enjoy several lease options ranging from a single seat to an entire room. In addition to access to our coworking spaces, renters gain access to a community that can help with: Startup Incubation, Ideation, and Networking.
