The Shimadzu LCMS-8045 is known for its best-in-class sensitivity. The heated ESI probe, high-temperature heating block, desolvation line (DL) and drying gas all act to promote desolvation and prevent contamination, providing reliable and high-accuracy data. The world's fastest scan speed and polarity switching speed enable ultra-high-speed, high-sensitivity analysis.

Shimadzu’s proprietary chromatography technology means you don’t have to worry about contamination in your samples.

Details:

The Shimadzu LCMS-8045 consists of a UHPLC system interfaced with a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer. The UHPLC is equipped with two NexeraXR solvent pumps, a temperature-controlled autosampler, a temperature-controlled column oven and a photodiode array.

The UHPLC system is interfaced with the triple quadrupole via Shimadzu's dual ion source (DUIS) which is capable of electrospray ionization (ESI) and atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) performed either separately or simultaneously without the need of changing the ion source chamber.

The mass spectrometer is capable of performing triple quadrupole (QqQ) MS/MS experiments with high scan speeds: multiple reaction monitoring (MRM), precursor ion scan, product ion scan, and neutral loss scan.

The Maxis Plus consists of a UHPLC system interfaced with the hybrid QqTOF mass spectrometer. The UHPLC consists of binary linear driven pumps, a temperature-controlled autosampler, and a temperature-controlled column oven. The UHPLC system is interfaced with the mass spectrometer via electrospray ionization (ESI). The mass spectrometer is capable of high-resolution accurate mass (HRAM) measurements for both MS and tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) analyses.

The Axima Performance consists of Matrix Assisted Laser Desorption Ionization (MALDI) ion source coupled to a TOF/TOF mass spectrometer. The mass spectrometer has a collision induced dissociation cell (CID cell), a linear TOF mass analyzer, and a reflectron TOF analyzer. The Axima Performance is also equipped with a CovalX MegaTOF detector. Altogether, the Axima Performance is capable of MS/MS experiments (via the collision cell), low mass-low resolution detection (via the linear TOF), low mass-high resolution (via the reflectron TOF), and high mass-low resolution (via the CovalX MegaTOF). The overall mass range is up to ca. 2 MDa.

The UV-2600 is a research-grade double beam monochromator capable of UV-Vis measurements in the range of 200-1100 nm. The optional ISR-2600Plus two-detector integrating sphere can extend the detection range to 1400 nm and be used to measure both solution and solid samples.

By combining new technologies with those cultivated over Shimadzu's long history, the RF-6000 provides unrivaled measurement accuracy and easy operation. It supports applications in a wide variety of fields, including analysis of pharmaceutical compounds, quality control of API or drug products, quantitative analysis of food additives, evaluation of low-level contaminants in soil or water, and analysis of LEDs, solar cells and organic EL materials.

The RF-6000 is capable of solid-state measurements using the optional front face cell attachment.

The IRAffinity-1S achieves the highest SN ratio in its class. A robust interferometer design and smooth moving mirror system monitored by the Dynamic Alignment System ensure optimum and stable quality spectra. The IRAffinity-1S is equipped with a cell press for traditional KBr pellet sample preparation. The QATR 10 attachment allows for direct compression of solid samples or for measurement of solution samples.

The LC-2030C is an integrated high-performance liquid chromatography system which prioritizes easy-to-use features for a smooth analysis experience. The intuitive touch-screen interface and stable column performance over many continuous injections ensure reliable data every time – and consistent data between multiple users. The LC-2030C has built-in degassing, quaternary solvent delivery, autosampler and PDA detection.

The double beam AA-6200  atomic absorption spectrophotometer provides superior baseline stability and easy operation for system control and data processing. The compact AA-6200 outperforms other atomic absorption instruments many times its physical size.

The DSC-60 Plus is an indispensable thermal analyzer for materials characterization in R&D and quality control applications in such areas as polymers, pharmaceuticals, biological samples and foods. It offers the sensitivity and easy operation required for the development of high-performance, highly functional new materials. The DSC-60 Plus provides high sensitivity, low noise, and a stable baseline over the operating temperature range of -140 to 600°C.

The Shimadzu ICPMS-2030 is an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer that achieves high-sensitivity and low-interference analyses by using a newly developed collision cell. The Development Assistant software function automatically sets the optimal analysis conditions for quantitative analysis. Then, after measurements are complete, the Diagnosis Assistant function automatically checks the validity of the necessary data, enhancing data reliability and easing the burden on the user.

The Shimadzu triple-quad GCMS-TQ8050 NX is a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer capable of performing unprecedented quantitative GC-MS/MS analyses of ultra-trace amounts, down to the femtogram level. Equipped with a new, highly efficient detector and three forms of noise-reduction technologies, the GCMS-TQ8050 NX has never been more important in industries such as food safety, cannabis testing, forensics and more. Its enhanced sensitivity detects ultra-trace concentrations not previously possible.
